1. Service Agreement

• By confirming a quotation or proposal, the client agrees to all terms, timelines, and cost structures specified.
• All project-related communication must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp confirmation).

2. Design Ownership

• All design concepts, layouts, and 3D renders created by SSV Interior Hub remain the company’s intellectual property until the full payment is completed.
• Designs may not be copied, modified, or shared without written consent.

3. Timeline & Delays

• Project timelines depend on client approvals, material availability, and site conditions.
• SSV Interior Hub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors, client changes, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, natural events).

4. Payments

• Payments must be made as per the schedule mentioned in the quotation.
• Delayed payments may result in project suspension until dues are cleared.

5. Material & Product Warranty

• All materials used carry the manufacturer’s warranty only.
• SSV Interior Hub ensures quality workmanship but is not liable for damages due to misuse or external factors.

6. Site Access & Responsibility

• Clients must provide access to the site as per the project plan.
• The company is not responsible for damages caused by external workers or vendors hired separately by the client.

7. Confidentiality

All client data, drawings, and site details are kept confidential and used solely for the project’s execution.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through discussion.
• If unresolved, matters will fall under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
